Online Dance and Meditation Session – Nick Walsh (UK)
Resource your body, heart, mind and soul by participating in an online Open Floor dance and meditation session.
The session will be held via Zoom.
In this session we’ll be exploring the Movement Resource of Grounding.
There will be a few minutes to arrive, then the session will begin with about 5 minutes of meditation, followed by 3-4 minutes of gentle sounds for walking, then music for dancing. This cycle then repeats. The complete session will be:
